This study aims to prove the influence of leadership style and organizational communication have a significant effect partially on employee performance. And to prove the leadership style and organizational communication significantly influence simultaneously on employee performance. This research use multiple linear regression method and hypothesis test with t test and F test. From the result of t test that show that both the leadership style and organizational communication variable to the employee performance, the result of tcount for each variable is leadership style (X1) = -0.382, organizational communication (X2) = 3.067. So t test results show that the leadership style variable there is no significant partial influence on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t count smaller than the table that is 2.016. While communication variables there is a significant partial influence on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of tarithmetic greater than ttable is 2.016. As well as from the results of simultaneous tests showed that leadership style and organizational communication there is a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance, it is indicated by the value of Farithmetic greater than Ftable is 3.22.
