Abstract

Human resources are very vital organizational assets, so their roles and functions cannot be replaced by other resources, because the potential that exists in human beings as creativity and success or failure of someone in work will be known if the company in question applies a performance appraisal system. Performance is the result of work achieved by an employee that can be used to predict the level of success in the future. This study aims to determine the impact of the placement of human resources and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Son of Mojo in Lumajang Regency. The research method is quantitative which is causal or causal with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population is all employees, with a sample of 60 employees using Simple Random Sampling which is done by taking it directly from the population randomly. Hypothesis testing uses t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the t test (partial) show that the placement of human resources has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and the results of the F test (simultaneous) show that the placement of human resources and work discipline together positive and significant impact on employee performance.
