The employees’ performance is inseparable from the discipline of the employees itself. In order to motivate the employees to their optimal abilities, punishments and incentives are implemented. The purpose of the current study is to examine the simultaneous effect of disciplinary actions (SIPERLU) and incentives (TPP) on the performance of the civil servants at the District Health Office in Lumajang. The research method employed in the study is the Associative Quantitative Research Method by using the multiple regression model. The results of the study indicated that there was no effect between the disciplinary variable and the employees’ performance in the Lumajang District Health Office. In addition, there was no effect between the variable of incentive and the employees’ performance. However, according to the results of the F-test between the two variables, the coefficient values of the multiple regression on the disciplinary and incentive variables are 0,206 and 0,216 respectively. The current results showed that there was a relationship between the two variables and the employees’ performance, in which there was an increase in the two variables on the performance. The results indicated that there was a simultaneous effect between the disciplinary and incentive variables on the employees’ performance in the Lumajang District Health Office. The limitation of the study aims only to examine the effect of the employees’ discipline and incentive on their performance. It is expected that future researchers can include other independent variables to expand the values of the discussion and produce new research findings on the employees’ performance.
