The latest developments in respect of employees not as a mere resource, but rather in the form of capital or assets for institutions or organizations.Human resources stated as a strategy design, implementation and maintenance for managing human performance for optimal business including the development of policies and processes to support the strategy. Improve work qualityof work regardless of the performance of human resources (agencies) involved in it that refers to the occupational safety and health work. This research aims to know the influence of the safety, health and employment incentives partially or simultaneously against the performance of the employee health Office Lumajang. Respondents taken in this study is a Non employee PN in Lumajang health service a number of 40 people. This research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Research resultssuggest that significant effect against the safety performance of the employees. Research resultssuggest thatoccupational health effect significantly to the performance of the employees. Results of the studysuggest thatthe incentive effect significantly to the performance of the employees. The researchshows that safety, occupational health, da incentive effect sesimultaneous wayagainst the performance of employees.
