Research related to leadership style and motivation is needed to support employee performance. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires for employees of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Lumajang Regency, amounting to 45 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that leadership style does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. The leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) in Lumajang Regency with a determinant of 21.9% can be explained by independent variables namely leadership style and work motivation. While the remaining 78.1% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) should maintain good employee performance for the progress of the company and the goals set by the company and the welfare of employees.
