Human resources play an active and dominant role in an organization, namely as a planner, actor and the realization of an organizational goal, therefore humans get the attention of the leadership of an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work ethic and communication on the performance of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office in Sumberejo both partially and simultaneously. Respondents in this study were 60 Ministry of Religion employees in Sumberejo. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the discipline and communication variables had an influence on employee performance, the work ethic variable had no significant effect on the performance of the Ministry of Religion Office employees in Sumberejo. While simultaneously there are influences of discipline, work ethic and communication on employee performance with a coefficient of determination (Rsquare) obtained at 0.339 which indicates that 33.9% of the influence on employee performance can be explained by discipline, work ethic and communication
