Abstract

The company are required to having human resources qualified to reach a destination. To achieve a company goal needs to be supported by job characteristics and work environment to increase employee job satisfaction. This research is to know the characteristics of the role of employment and work environment to increased job satisfaction of employee of PT Prima Sejahtera International Kunir Lumajang with prosperous population numbers as many as 700 employee so that samples used in this study 60 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research results showed that the variable characteristics of work and work environment effect significantly to job satisfaction of employees PT Prima Sejahtera Internasional Kunir Lumajang. Research on this topic can follow up by using the population, sample, as well as different periods to see the potential of the different research results.
