Abstrak

In the business world in Indonesia, among companies one must be able to compete with other companies, so companies can avoid bankruptcy, and can be superior to other companies. One of the company's rapid development is property and real estate companies. The things that must be considered by investors when investing are one of them is stock prices, and unstable stock prices will make it difficult for investors when making investments. Investors must assess the company's performance to be invested through the company's financial statements with ratio analysis, one of which is Return On Assets (ROA). High inflation will also affect prices for building material costs that will be used in building property and real estate. Exchange rates that fluctuate will also affect activity on the stock market, and investors will tend to be careful in investing. From this, the research is conducted on "The Influence of Inflation, Exchange Rates of Rupiah Per US Dollar and Return On Assets (ROA) Against Stock Prices". The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed inflation, the rupiah exchange rate per US dollar and Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously had an effect on stock prices. Partially inflation has no effect and is not significant on stock prices. The rupiah exchange rate per US dollar has no significant and is not effect on stock prices. While Return On Assets (ROA) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices.
