Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, size and profitability on firm value in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is descriptive qyantitative method. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling nethod and obtained a sample of 27 consumer good industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple liner regression. The results showed that leverage and size variables had no significant effect on firm value. But the profitability variable has a significant effect on firm value. R Square value shows 68,4% of the company’s value can be influenced bt variable leverage, size and profitability whle the remaining 31,6% is influenced by other variables not included in the study
