Abstract

This study aims to determine the set selling price and analyze the method of determining the selling price with cost-plus pricing at the Martabak Cairo in Karangsari Village. This type of research is descriptive method, the type of data used in this study is quantitative data and the source of the data used is secondary data. The research data collection technique was obtained from financial data and interviews with Martabak business owners, while the data analysis technique was descriptive. The results showed that the selling price determination method in Makyung Martabak Cairo which obtained a price of Rp. 60,000 had not reached the desired profit of 43.25%. To get the desired profit of 60%, Martabak Cairo must set a martabak selling price per portion of Rp. 65,000.
