Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability and Likuidity on stock prices at food andbeverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. As for the background of this writingbecause the business world today is becoming more competitive companies must be able to adapt in

order to avoid bankruptcy within the company, how to increase capital one of them is by sellingshares. In the collection of data sources and data types, the source comes from the financialstatements of automotive companies listed on the Stock Exchange and the type of data in the formof secondary data of financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the StockExchange. This type of research is classified as exploratory research. The population in thisresearch is manufacturing company of food and beverage sub-sector listed on Indonesia StockExchange 2016 until 2018. The sampling technique is determined based on Purposive Samplingmethod, as many as 12 companies that become the research sample. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis technique. Based on the results of research from various ways obtainedthat Profitability  (NPM) and Likuidity  (CR) have a effect on stock prices of automotive companieslisted on the Stock Exchange.
