Pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Perumda Tirta Mahameru Lumajang

The purpose of this study was to ascertain how work motivation and discipline affect Perumda Tirta Mahameru Lumajang employees' performance. This study is quantitative in nature. The staff at Perumda Tirta Mahameru Lumajang served as the study's population. In this study, 40 respondents made up the samples. Simple random sampling was employed for the study's sample, and interviews, questionnaires, observations, and literature reviews were all used to obtain data. Multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application is the data analysis technique used. The findings of this study indicate that employee performance is somewhat significantly impacted by discipline. While employee performance is unaffected by work motivation.
