Pengaruh Fasilitas, Kemampuan Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Cabang Lumajang

The development of the banking services business is increasingly developing into financial institutions that have strategic interests in the Indonesian economy. The progress of the service business in a bank depends on the existing human resources. Develop PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Lumajang Branch to have the best human resources so they can compete competently. Developing human resources is also a corporate strategy in competition with the business world. Business competition is beneficial for companies to motivate themselves so that their employees become better. This research aims to determine the effect of facilities, work ability and motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Pemmbangan Daerah East Java Lumajang branch. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique using the techniquepurposive sample by testing the hypothesis of multiple regression analysis techniques and partial test or t test, the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is equal to 0.444 or 44.4% so that employee performance can be explained in the variable facilities, work ability and motivation.
