Abstract

PT. Telkomsel is the largest cellular telecommunications operator in
Indonesia. In running its business, Telkomsel provides cellular
telecommunications services of the type of GSM (Global System for
Mobile), which is a type of global cellular operator throughout the world.
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of prices,
products and services simultaneously significantly on the satisfaction of
Telkomsel customers in Lumajang Regency. Respondents in this study were
Telkomsel customers which numbered 40 people, and the analysis used was
multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing
indicate that the three variables have a significant influence on the
satisfaction of Telkomsel customers in Lumajang.
