To support a rational employee management system and human resource development, realize the latest and integrated personnel data and can provide accurate information for the purposes of planning, development, welfare, and control of employees, Lumajang Regency through the Lumajang Regional Personnel Agency has created a Management Information System Regency Personnel Administration, which is abbreviated as SIMAK, is a series of information, personnel data and personnel services compiled in a systematic, comprehensive and integrated manner based on technology. ASN users who are given access rights to be able to update and correct personnel data independently on SIMAK (In chapter I general provisions of Article 1 Lumajang Regent Regulation No. 13 of 2018). The SIMAK application will make it easier for ASN administration management in Lumajang Regency. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Personnel Administration Management Information System established by the Lumajang Regency Government through the Lumajang Regency Civil Service Agency in Lumajang District has begun to be implemented by all ASN both civil servants and contract workers both in the Lumajang District and in the Villages that become work unit from Lumajang District. In analyzing the Personnel Administration Management Information System set by the Lumajang Regency Government through the Lumajang Regency Civil Service Agency in Lumajang District in supporting rational and systembased ASN management, it still has not achieved the desired goal, namely the percentage of 100% for master data, while for features -The features contained in SIMAK have been used to the fullest because they are a reference for discipline and employee performance as stipulated in the Lumajang Regent's regulation.
