Abstract

Human Resources is the science or method of how to organize and manage the relationships and roles that each individual has effectively and efficiently so that they are used optimally and can achieve the goals of an organization or agency together. As human resources are closely related to organizational culture that can motivate employees at work so as to create maximum performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Lumajang District Court. Furthermore, to find out which variables have the most influence on employee performance at the Lumajang District Court. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data obtained in this study were obtained from all residents of the Lumajang District Court, both civil servants and honorary and staff who work there. Determination of the sample in this study using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is used as a research sample, which is 40 respondents. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The test results in this study indicate that work culture and work motivation have a significant positive impact on employee performance.
