Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out the influence of trust, security, and intention of online shopping GrabFood. This research was conducted in Lumajang District, Lumajang Regency with 60 respondents taken. This research tested the hypothesis that there is influence of trust, security, and intention of online shopping GrabFood in Lumajang District. The research method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression analyze techniques. The results showed that trust is not influence to intention to buy, while security is influence to intention to buy with determination coefficientis 0,220 that showed 22% intention of online shopping GrabFood in Lumajang District can be explained by trust and security while 78% intention of online shopping GrabFood influence by other variabels not examined in this research. The research for this topic can be continued by using the population, sample, and different period to find out the potential of different results.
