Pengaruh Jaminan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada J&T Express Lumajang

Abstract

Resources within a company. In order to create safe and comfortable conditions and situations in the workplace, every company needs to provide adequate facilities for its workers, to protect their physical and mental safety from accidents and illness due to the work they do. This research is a quantitative research with survey approach. The number of samples of 40 people is obtained from the entire population. The independent variables consist of work safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The result of the research shows that safety variable X1 and occupational health (X2) simultaneously affect the performance of J & T express Lumajang employee. From the calculation of F test obtained Fhitung 49.980> Ftable 3.195 with p value of 0.000 ? 0.05. Besides the value of coefficient of determination (R2) yaitusebesar 0.680 which means the magnitude of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 68%. And t test known that partially work safety variable (X1) and occupational health (X2) have significant influence to dependent variable with calculation of work safety variable (X1) 5,960> ttable 2,009 and health work (X2) equal 2,174> ttable equal 2,009. The dominant variable of influence is the safety variable work (X1) equal to 65% then health work variable (X2) equal to 23,7%.
