Pengaruh Kedisiplinan, Motivasi, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. PODOMORO di Kecamatan Yosowilangun

Abstract

CV. Podomomoro is a subsidized fertilizer distributor company that connects producers and consumers in yosowilangun district which was established by H. Bambang Hariyanto, with the passage of time appointed as the official agent of the yosowilangun region in 2009 to distribute fertilizers produced by PT. Petrokimia Gresik by marketing the goods it produces. The purpose of this study is to find out how discipline, motivation, and work environment affect employee work productivity on cv. podomomoro in yosowilangun district. This research is quantitative. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 35 employees. The sample used in this study was saturated sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the spss 24 program. This study obtained the results that: discipline has no effect on work productivity, motivation has an effect on work productivity, work environment has an effect on work productivity with a value of 76.7% while the remaining 23.3% is explained by other variables that are not studied in this study.
