Abstract

PT Nankai Indonesia was established in 1983 in Palembang and has been working on overseas production since the early stages by taking into account the times and technology. Then PT Nankai Indonesia built a factory in Tawau, Malaysia in 2001, to further improve management efficiency and reduce costs, PT Nankai Indonesia merged the two factories and built a new factory in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia As part of this effort, we built a new factory in Lumajang covering an area of 13.8 ha, which has 650 employees In order to collect data for this study, 60 respondents were given questionnaires as part of the quantitative methodology. There was no restriction on the respondent population, and the sample method used was total sampling or census. In this study, various linear regression analysis approaches were used to evaluate the hypotheses. The following are partial test results or t-test results: 1) the 5s method has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Nankai Indonesia Lumajang unit, 2) work culture has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Nankai Indonesia Lumajang unit. 3) work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Nankai Indonesia Lumajang unit.affected by purchasing interest.
