Abstract

Condition of Indonesia economics for the moment apparently very dependent on finance problem and one of decision which will be faced by firm in activity hads out firm. Where is good finance decision deep a firm gets to be seen from capital structure, which is finance decision that gets degan's bearing debt composition. Capital structure a lot of regarded by various factor kind. Factor that regard one capital structure are utilized in this research is profitability, corporate measure, and firm growth. To the effect of observational it is subject to be know and testing how big corporate measure influence, corporate growth and Profitability to capital structure a firm. Data source in observational it passes through stock exchange official sites indonesian which is www.idx .co.id. This research utilizes method purposive is sampling , total sample that corresponds to criterion already be determined as much 36 manufacturing businesses at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) by use of data merging method( pooling ) therefore research data is gotten as much 108 observing datas. But of total that watch has to issue 36 observing datas because reputed in conflict with criterion, therefore available 72 observing datas those are utilized in this research analisis's Tech data utilizes bifilar linear method by use of SPSS. Of result analisis can be concluded that, corporate measure, profitability, and firm growth just ascendant as much 9% to capital structure a firms, meanwhile as more as it regarded by other variable
