Abstract

This study aims to determine the village financial planning in Umbul Village and also to determine the suitability of financial planning in the village of Umbul with village financial planning according to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for Village Financial Management. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in the Umbul Village, Lumajang Regency. The object of this research is village financial management planning, located in Umbul Village, Lumajang Regency. This research uses documentation technique by analyzing documents related to village financial management planning in Umbul Village. Documents that need to be analyzed are the APBDesa, RPJMDesa, and RKPDesa, village financial management planning. The results of the analysis of the suitability of village financial planning in Desa Umbul with village financial planning according to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 shows that there are still many discrepancies between village financial planning in Umbul Village and village financial planning according to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018.
