Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, company growth, and profitability on the value of companies conducted in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 - 2018. The population in mining companies listed on the IDX is 21 companies by using purposive sampling method, so that the sample in this study became 8 companies. This type of research is to use quantitative with an associative approach using secondary data in the form of annual financial reports in 2015 - 2018 obtained from www.idx.co.id and related companies. Data analysis techniques used in this study include descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test (normality test, heterokedosticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study stated that capital structure using DER has an effect on firm value, company growth using assets has an effect on firm value, and profitability using ROE also has an effect on firmvalue.
