Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample applies a purposive sampling method so as to obtain a selected sample of 29 companies from 136 manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 21 and path analysis which analyzes the independent variables in the form of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size. The results show that (a) profitability has a significant effect on firm value (b) liquidity does not have a significant effect on firm value (c) leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value (d) firm size does not significantly influence firm value
