Abstract

Every company has to compete with the other company especially on the same sector. It’s necessary to develop company performance to make those companies can compete each other or moreover to make the company better than other company. One aspect that used for rate company performances is financial performance. The aim of using financial performance is to know how well company can manage all the assets they have. Du Pont System is one of techniques that used by management to know the efficiency level of company. The aim of this research is to find out the application of Du Pont System to measure the company financial performance. PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk company is selected as a field research. This research using variables Retun On Investment, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover. Using documentation method as research method which is using data from financial report. This company’s financial result is changes in each year. Not only there is an increase but also a decrease in 2015-2017. These changes indicate that financial performance of this company is unstable. The company should  know the condition’s of the company’s performance in the next year to be better than the previous year, to get the profit achieved will be in maximum level.
