Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze system and procedure of saving and loan applied at UPK Dharma Agung District Kunir. This research is qualitative descriptive analysis that is research system and procedure of saving and loan. UPK is a community forum to cooperate voluntarily based on common goals, needs, similarities of activities and formed by the community for the benefit of the community itself. UPK is one of the local institutions that can be used as a forum for community empowerment, because it can be seen the process of empowerment is done collectively. In the year 2017 business units contained in the UPK only 1, ie stores. The problems faced by the UPK are more on the internal problems of bad credit / arrears, institutions, no guarantees so need socialization. This problem can be solved through the improvement of the functioning of the governing body by way of coaching and training or with the establishment of new management by recruiting new employees. The success of the UPK is that the UPK has legal status and has its own building, and its failure is that the units of UPK are minimal. The identification of problem loans starts from the existing loan data in UPK, loan progress reports and collectibility reports. Result of identification as instrument validation of actual condition in group conducted by UPK and Team verification.
