Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of Kedungjajang Healt Center if using Balanced Scorecard, and expected Kedungjajang Health Center can develop not only on the financial aspect but also on non-financial aspects. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The variables used are perspectives that are within the Balanced Scorecard, is financial perspective, customer perspective, business process perspective and internal and growth and learning perspectives. The study was conducted by taking data for 2 years,  from 2016-2017, using comparative analysis. The type of data used is secondary data Kedungjajang Healt Center. From the results of research by using Balanced Scorecard drawn the conclusion that there are several variations of achievement, financial perspective is good enough, Business Process perspective and internal still considered less while customer perspective and growth and learning perspective have been considered good. But overall the implementation of Balanced Scorecard has been said to be good, and suitable to be applied to Kedungjajang Health Center.
